a GS500 die-cast cutting head with movement from top to bottom. The worktop is equipped with conical slots for housing the squares. The taper of the slots has been specially designed in order to give greater rigidity to the squares and thus ensure greater precision. The most important feature, patented by Simasv, is the automatic adjustment of the play between the blades from 1 to 6 mm thick. The cut starts from the top of the blades, moreover the self-adjusting system of the gap between the upper and lower blades allows to cut different thicknesses simultaneously.
